Taylor Mitchell is a creative strategist, writer and the newly appointed digital editor of Melbourne Matters Journal — a long-time media partner of Transitions Film Festival. She is most interested in the relationships between identity, nature, art and capital and how these are shaped by digital culture.

In her spare time she helps with development for the non-profit label Music In Exile and works on experimental art projects with Pitch Portal — a creative lab who have collaborated with IAM weekend (Barcelona), and the V&A Museum (London).

Matters is a weekly digital and biannual print publication telling interconnected stories from the worlds of arts, design, technology, health, food and the environment.
