Craig is a community activist of 25 years’ experience. After dropping out of an economics degree, he has worked as a community health nurse in Australia, India and West Africa, on energy poverty with the SA Council of Social Services, on community food systems and active transport in the State Government Office of Sustainability, for a variety of community causes (some lost, some found) and in State Parliament with SA’s first Greens MP.
For the last 4 years, Craig has been the Chief Executive of the state’s peak environment body, the Conservation Council SA. He is a passionate believer in collective altruism – the act of people generously working together on behalf of others and the planet we call home.
