An engaging animated narrative feature based on the mindfulness work of Nobel Peace Prize Nominee and Zen Master Thich Nhat Hann.  

Based on Thich Nhat Hahn’s bestselling book Planting Seeds: Practicing Mindfulness with Children, the film explores a teenager’s growth through meditation and showcases the transformative powers of mindfulness, compassion, kindness and contemplation.

The story revolves around sixteen-year-old Jasper, a Vietnamese African American teenager who draws from the insights of Thich Nhat Hahn to deal with domestic upheavals and difficult situations at school.  

It is a film that teaches us how to to promote peace in the world around us, and pays homage to a renowned Zen Master praised by leaders and celebrities worldwide, including Martin Luther King Jr, Dalai Lama, and Oprah Winfrey.

The film is suitable for families and children.
